Grass on a level surface is the safest or flat non gravel surface.
How much space do I need?
2ft extra either side of the bouncy castle and about 5ft in front to make it easy to get on and off safely and 5ft behind for the blower.
When will the bouncy castle arrive?
We will normally deliver the bouncy castle 40 minutes before the party / event and collect it 30 minutes after the party / event. If you have booked a hall for your party / event we can accommodate special delivery times provided it is confirmed at the time of booking.
Are you insured?
Yes.We are fully insured for £1,000,000 Public Liability Cover and copies of the insurance are available on request.
Why don't we go through houses?
Bouncy castles when packed away are often bigger than expected and so to move them we use a sack trolley. Unfortunately if it should rain water will get inside the bouncy castle and this tends to drain out whilst being removed.
Can you get up a flight of stairs?
No. Because of the size and weight of the bouncy castles we can not cope with a flight of steps, but two or three steps are achievable.
How does the bouncy castle stay up?
We use electric blowers, which stay on all the time the bouncy castle is in use and we can provide up to 25 Meters of extension leads.
